Thank you for shopping with Urdu Madrasa. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how and when your order will be delivered.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Pakistan

Order Processing Time

  • All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 5 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will be shipped on the date noted at the time of purchase.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates

  • At this time, we are not able to offer free shipping for any order quantities. We hope to be able to offer this in the future!

  • Shipping carriers vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates and price breakdowns may change over time.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and delivery destination.

  • Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Responsibility After Shipping

  • Once a package has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery.

  • Urdu Madrasa is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after shipment.

  • If your order is not delivered or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@urdumadrasa.com so we can help you out.

Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is shipped, no refunds will be issued.

  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please email us at hello@urdumadrasa.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs that may apply to international shipments.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
